Looks like its from the Ranidae family. But dont know my Lithuania frogs. Looks almost like a common Green Frog from the states (Lithobates clamitans).

The stuff to tne left is kinda distracting, the image seemes a bit blured and not focused properly. Id say it would be alot better with a diffrent background setting.

Id say you should work on the feet. Mouth seems to look to flat. Front probably isnt the best angle to start at.
